Subprocessors

Alvas.ai uses third party subprocessors, such as cloud computing providers and customer support software, to provide our services. We enter into GDPR-compliant data processing agreements with each subprocessor, extending GDPR safeguards everywhere personal data is processed.

Subprocessors are split into 2 groups:

  • Subprocessors used for data about your own customers/users, which Alvas.ai in GDPR terminology is the processor of, and you are the controller of.
  • Subprocessors used for data about you (our customer), which Alvas.ai in GDPR terminology is the controller of.

  2. Supabase, Database provider, also stored in Amazon Web Services
  3. Microsoft Azure, Cloud and AI services

Data about you

  1. Vercel, Cloud services provider

  4. Hubspot, CRM and transactional emails
  5. Linear, Issue tracking
  6. Slack, Communications tool
  7. Stripe, Payment processor
  8. Userflow, User onboarding
  9. Intuit, Accounting software
