Ackermann doubled the Revenue Per Email for Fusion, by using Alvas

They know what their sport is about and they want to be top performers - that’s what their brand is all about.

So they turned to Ackermann, a leading Danish email marketing agency.

They wanted to be closer and more relevant to their customers. However, with their scale in customers & products, it would take an incredible amount of resources to implement deep personalization on all of their flows.

That is why they turned to using AI personalization.

They would still have control of the generated texts, with the prompts inside Alvas, but they would be able to tell the AI to make relevant texts based on the customer that should receive the email and the products they’ve shown interest in.

Even when they send 10.000 automated emails per month, they can now write every single email uniquely personal to every recipient.

Ackermann has already implemented Alvas across multiple clients and made a great case with Shaping New Tomorrow, where they doubled the revenue per email.

They know how to prompt in Alvas, and used that knowledge to implement Alvas on three flows:

- Viewed Product

- Added To Cart

- Abandoned Cart

The goal was to lift conversion rates, and revenue per email sent.

So to measure it, they set up an A/B test inside Klaviyo and added tracking in Alvas to get a simple overview of the results.

The emails sent with Alvas had:

48% higher conversion rate

44% higher average order value

113% higher revenue per email sent

Following these test results, Fusion called Alvas the winner of the A/B test and decided to go all in on our AI personalization.

Now the team is rolling out Alvas to all their markets, including Denmark, Netherlands, Germany, and the international .com store.
